  Owner is ridiculously rude. I walked in and started talking to him and he pulls out his phone and starts talking on it as I'm in mid sentence.items are wayyyyy overpriced. I'm honestly not sure how the guy is still in business. 30$ for a cheap 6ft. DVI cable? Ordered the same cord on amazon for 11$. Told me it was "high quality" smh. EDIT: first of all everything you just said was unnecessary and not true whatsoever. Second, have you wondered why you have so many upset customers? you are a scam artist regardless of what you claim to be. Also yes I tried talking you down to a REASONABLE but still overpriced amount for a cable you claim to be "high quality". You're hilarious though trying to say I spend my parents cash and get drunk. I don't drink or smoke you tard and how is that even relevant to my review on your store? Just goes to show you have a lot to learn regardless of how long you've been a business owner. Get rekt idiot.

  These guys are the prime example of scummy resellers. I walked in about 3 months ago and they had a Mega Man 2 NES loose for $108. Absolutely insane as that game goes for ~$20 loose. The owner is very blunt and rude. They also do not update their prices regularly. They do not seem to know the market they are in with games as they are not the only retro game shop in town. Will never go back here for games again.

  I came into the store to get my computer looked at because it was making a lot of noise. I waited at the front counter for about five minutes because I thought the worker I could hear talking was on the phone (which is totally fine!). Turns out, he and his coworker were standing behind a wall arguing about rivers or something and I did not get help until a different worker walked by and noticed I was standing there. The person that helped me was okay. Sort of blunt, but I expect that from IT people (no offense) so I sort of just brushed it off. I basically said exactly what was wrong with my laptop and what I wanted done and the worker tried to show me that he knew more than me by telling me all of the different things that could be wrong with it. Fine, you know more than me and I am paying you to fix my computer so I brushed it off too. I asked when I would be able to get my computer back and he said noon the next day. Noon rolls around, no call. Two days pass, no call. This was just supposed to be for a simple clean of the hardware of my computer (literally unscrewing the back, going at the fan with compressed air to get pet fur and dust out, and screwing the back on) and I did not hear about it being finished until 15 minutes before the place closed two business days after the day it was supposed to be fixed. When I finally got my computer back, the person who gave it back was nice, which is why I am giving the review three stars and not lower. The issue with my computer was exactly what I said it would be and the person who worked on my computer said that it is working fine, but while the problem is not as bad as it was before, the computer is still making a bit of noise every 30 seconds or so, which it did not do before the initial problem. Long story short, the place is okay, but for the amount you pay, you are better off going somewhere else where you can get better customer service because honestly, I was extremely intimidated by the staff and not impressed by the results.
