  We've been dealing with custom for the last 12 years - annual furnace check and cleaning in the fall, and AC check and cleaning in the spring. Last week we had them install (and remove the old unit) a new furnace and central air conditioning unit, since our 22 year old unit was on its last leg. Tyler took the time to communicate with me in a timely manner, and add and subtract items from the estimate as we fine tuned out needs. They took the time to answer my questions as they did the installation, and explain the operation of the units. The price was right and they were very professional all the way through the process. They took the time to file the warranty, and a Consumers Energy rebate for us as well. After a week we noticed 3-4 very minor issues, and I emailed Tyler with my concerns. I had a reply from him the next day, and they were back to fix the issues within 48 hours. It's nice to see a contractor take such pride in their work, and to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.
